Responsibilities Assist in framing, trim carpentry, and drywall installation according to project specifications Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate execution of tasks Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, and roofing as needed Install fixtures such as doors, cabinets, siding, and stucco finishes Conduct water damage restoration, mold remediation, or other specialized restoration tasks Handle heavy lifting and material movement around the job site Perform demolition or removal of existing structures when required Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety standards Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met Experience Prior experience in construction site work or related fields such as remodeling, flooring installation, tile laying, or electrical work is preferred Knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and metal stud framing is advantageous Hands-on experience with carpentry disciplines including trim carpentry, framing, cabinetry installation, door hanging, and fixture setup Familiarity with water damage restoration industry practices or mold remediation is a plus Experience with CNC fabrication or manufacturing processes can be beneficial Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed Valid experience in plumbing or electrical systems is desirable but not mandatory This role requires a motivated individual with strong craftsmanship skills and a commitment to safety.
