Job Description
Carpenter Helper — Entry-Level / Part-Time or Full-Time We are looking for a dependable Carpenter Helper to assist with residential and light commercial construction projects. This is a hands-on position suitable for someone interested in learning carpentry, remodeling, repairs, and general construction work. Responsibilities Assist carpenter with measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing materials Carry and organize lumber, tools, and construction supplies Help with framing, drywall, trim, flooring, cabinets, and basic repairs Prepare and clean work areas before and after projects Operate basic hand and power tools after proper instruction Take measurements and follow project instructions Pick up materials or supplies when needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications 18 years or older Dependable and punctual Comfortable performing physical work Able to lift approximately 50 lbs Willing to learn and follow instructions Basic construction or carpentry experience is helpful but not required Reliable transportation preferred Professional attitude around customers and other workers Experience Entry-level applicants are welcome.
