Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry tasks that contribute to the successful completion of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life through precise measurements, skilled craftsmanship, and efficient use of tools. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge your skills and expand your experience in the construction industry. A strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork will be essential as you contribute to building durable structures and beautiful finishes. Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of projects Measure, cut, assemble, and install framing, drywall, siding, trim, and other wood or metal components with precision Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and concrete finishing to support foundation and structural work Erect metal buildings and install metal stud framing for interior walls or exterior facades Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery safely and efficiently Collaborate with construction management to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards Assist with roofing, plastering, stucco application, masonry work, and restoration projects as needed Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and maintains a clean job site environment Qualifications Proven experience in construction or carpentry with a strong understanding of building techniques Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other essential equipment Knowledge of metal building erection, drywall installation, framing (including metal stud framing), roofing, siding, and masonry Experience with concrete forming, rebar installation, concrete finishing, plastering, stucco application, and remodeling projects is highly desirable Strong basic math skills for dimensional measurements and calculations Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform heavy lifting tasks regularly Familiarity with construction plans and technical specifications for various project types Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors Join our team if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to build high-quality structures! Pay:
