Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Frame to Finish Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw framing into polished, finished carpentry that enhances the beauty and functionality of residential and commercial spaces. Your expertise will ensure precise craftsmanship, adherence to safety standards, and timely project completion. Duties Interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute framing and finishing tasks Measure, cut, assemble, and install interior and exterior trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and other woodwork components Use hand tools such as chisels, hammers, screwdrivers, and measuring tapes to perform detailed carpentry work Operate power tools including saws, drills, sanders, an safely and efficiently for woodworking project Fabricate custom wood pieces using woodworking machines and perform metal stud framing when required Ensure all work complies with safety standards such as power tool safety protocols and proper handling of construction materials Skills Extensive experience in residential carpentry, trim carpentry, framing (including metal stud framing), and restoration projects Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, construction plans, and technical drawings accurately Proficiency with hand tools and power tools for woodworking as well as heavy lifting techniques for large materials Knowledge of construction estimating processes and material specifications for wood construction materials Familiarity with installation of fixtures such as cabinets, doors (door hanging), mold remediation components, rebar installation, and fixture installation Ability to interpret technical schematics related to electrical experience, plumbing, masonry, remodeling, flooring installation, tile laying, siding work, and roofing systems Understanding of construction site safety practices including power tool safety and proper handling of heavy or hazardous materials Join us in delivering exceptional craftsmanship on every project!
