This role is ideal for a versatile carpenter who takes pride in delivering flawless final walkthroughs on custom homes. Responsibilities

• Complete residential punch list items across active job sites (trim, drywall touch-ups, door/window adjustments, hardware installation, caulking, paint touch-ups)
• Perform final-stage carpentry corrections identified during client walkthroughs and quality inspections
• Support small builder crews with general carpentry, framing touch-ups, and finish work as needed
• Coordinate directly with project managers and site supervisors to prioritize daily punch list tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site in compliance with Massachusetts building codes
• Help in other areas of construction when needed/required Required Skills
• Proven experience with residential punch list completion
• Strong general carpentry background (finish and rough carpentry)
• Experience working with small builders or custom home construction teams
• Own hand tools; reliable transportation to job sites
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Qualifications
• 3+ years of residential carpentry experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between multiple active job sites
• Knowledge of Massachusetts residential building codes a plus
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with project managers
