We specialize in masonry, landscaping, hardscaping, steps, walkways, retaining walls, and other residential and commercial construction projects. We are looking for an experienced and reliable carpenter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience, takes pride in their work, and can work independently while working well with the rest of our crew. Responsibilities Perform various carpentry and wood construction work on residential and commercial projects Build, repair, and install structures and components such as framing, steps, railings, decks, and other woodwork Read and understand measurements, plans, and project specifications Measure, cut, and install materials accurately Safely operate common hand and power tools Maintain a clean and organized work area Work alongside our masonry and landscaping crews when needed Identify problems on the job and find practical solutions Follow company safety procedures and maintain a professional work environment Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Qualifications 3+ years of carpentry experience preferred Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and construction techniques Ability to read measurements and follow plans/instructions Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable transportation to job sites Strong attention to detail and quality Good communication and teamwork skills Must be dependable and willing to work outdoors and in different weather conditions Compensation $30-$38 per hour , depending on experience and skill level.
