Starting pay $24-$25/hour, based on experience Full-time W-2 position (40+ hours/week) Year-round, steady work Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off Structured path to Mid-Level and Lead Carpenter What You'll Do Perform custom cabinet installation, countertop setting, and finish carpentry under moderate supervision Read plans and execute portions of installations with growing independence Deliver clean, precise work on customer-facing jobs Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite Work alongside Apprentices and senior carpenters as part of a crew Requirements 2-5 years of carpentry, cabinet installation, or finish carpentry experience Comfortable reading plans and performing installations with some independence Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
