We are seeking a moderately to highly skilled Carpenter experienced in residential construction to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of home improvement, renovation, and new build projects, bringing craftsmanship and precision to every task. As a team member, you will be responsible for executing detailed carpentry work as well as helping to maintain the day-to-day functionality of the jobsite. You will work together with the team to ensure that each project meets high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Strong client communication and positive representation of our company are essential parts of every team member's role. Special attention must always be given to protecting occupied homes, neighboring properties, children, pets, and the public so that we can prevent injuries, minimize disruptions, and complete every project responsibly and professionally. Duties Use hand tools and power tools for woodworking, metal stud framing, fixture installation, and finishing carpentry tasks. Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks like moving lumber, tools and mobilization from project-to-project. Install doors, windows, cabinets, finish trim, and other building components with precision and attention to detail. Conduct site assessments to ensure safety protocols are followed; operate power tool safety procedures diligently. Fabricate custom woodwork or metal components using hand tools and power tools. Assist with remodeling projects by removing old materials like drywall or plastering surfaces; restore or refurbish existing structures as required. Collaborate with project managers to review construction plans and provide accurate estimates for materials and labor. Maintain a clean and organized work environment; ensure all tools and materials are properly stored after use. Experience 5 + years of proven experience in residential carpentry including projects involving framing, trim carpentry, drywall installation, and fixture mounting. Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings, construction plans, and blueprints to guide project execution. Knowledge of wood construction materials such as siding, flooring materials, cabinetry components, and drywall systems. Skilled in operating woodworking machines and power tools used in construction sites. Background in restoration industry work including rot repair, plastering, masonry repairs or remodeling projects. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship standards throughout each phase of construction. Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols including power tool safety practices.
