We help homeowners and businesses recover from fire, water, storm, and other property damage — restoring not just structures, but peace of mind. We're looking for a skilled carpenter to join our team and help us deliver finished, detail-perfect results on every project. The Role We're seeking an experienced carpenter to handle punch list work on restoration projects — the final, detail-oriented tasks that turn a "done" job into a truly finished one. This role is critical to our reputation: you'll often be the last set of hands on a project before a customer sees the final result. What You'll Do Complete punch list items across a variety of residential and commercial restoration projects (trim, doors, cabinetry, drywall repair, flooring transitions, hardware installation, and similar finish work) Work independently on job sites with minimal supervision, managing your own schedule and materials to meet project deadlines Communicate directly with customers on-site — answering questions, setting expectations, and ensuring they're satisfied with the finished work Identify and flag any additional issues or deficiencies before project close-out Coordinate with project managers on progress, material needs, and timelines Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site at all times What We're Looking For Proven carpentry experience, ideally in restoration, remodeling, or punch-out work Self-starter who can work independently and manage priorities without close oversight Strong work ethic and reliability — someone who takes pride in finishing the job right Excellent customer service skills and comfort interacting directly with homeowners and clients Keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality finish work Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Own tools a plus, but willing to provide some as needed Why Join Us Steady, consistent work with a growing local company Variety of projects — no two days look the same Supportive team environment with clear communication and project support 401k Company vehicle for the right applicant
