Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. Duties Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects Use hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machines safely and effectively for framing, trim work, cabinetry, siding, flooring, and window replacement. Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment Install doors, windows, fixtures, cabinets, siding, and other wood or metal components with precision Follow safety protocols related to power tool operation, power tool safety standards, and construction site safety regulations Skills Experience with hand tools (e.g., hammers, saws) and power tools for woodworking (e.g., drills, saws) Familiarity with woodworking techniques including framing, trim carpentry, cabinetry installation, and flooring Ability to operate woodworking machines safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards Knowledge of construction site safety practices including power tool safety procedures Experience with residential carpentry projects such as door hanging, fixture installation, siding application, drywall finishing, caulking or tile laying Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during installation or restoration tasks Join us if you're ready to build your career in a fast-paced environment where your skills make a real impact!
