Carpenter / Maintenance Technician

Carpentry / Maintenance Technician FT All applicants must be strong enough to lift 80 lbs repeatedly over the period of 8 hours. Must have drivers license, and your own vehicle. Job requires some movement between properties all within a 2 mile radius. Job duties may involve the following but not limited to items listed. 1) Framing with Metal studs, Carpentry, Hanging door, installing windows, Demo work 2) Job site clean up, Clean up after one self 3) Light Bulb Replacements 4) HVAC Filter Changing 5) Toilet overflow cleanup 6) Snow Shoveling 7) Spreading Ice Melt 8) Exterior property cleanup 9) Sweeping 10) Assisting with commercial tenant fit-ups 11) Watering plants in warm weather 12) Planting flowers and Mulching in spring 13) Cleaning of high touch areas in multiple buildings 14) General maintenance as requested

Must be able to pass a CORI & Drug Screening within 24 hours of interview and prior to being hired. $28.00 per hour - $30per hour

FULL TIME AVAILABLE

Must speak be fluent in ENGLISH Applicant must have own vehicle and Massachusetts drivers license
