Carpenter - Residential Remodeling | Norfolk Kitchen & Bath Norfolk Kitchen & Bath is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our residential remodeling team. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. Family-owned and established company W-2 employment with a minimum pay of $24.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level Opportunities for professional growth and skill development Work focused on high-quality kitchen and bath renovations A workplace where skilled professionals are respected, supported, and given room to grow What you'll get to do: Install cabinetry, crown molding, trim, and other finish carpentry components Execute designs, floor plans, and elevation details accurately Perform residential remodeling and finish carpentry work Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the project Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of residential finish carpentry and remodeling experience Demonstrated expertise in cabinet installation and crown molding Ability to read and interpret floor plans and elevation details Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 75+ lbs and safely work from heights
Nice-to-Haves:
Prior experience working in two-person installation crews Comfort with technology for communication and job tracking Experience coordinating directly with project managers and other trades Build with purpose. Work with a team that values craftsmanship, quality, and professionalism. PM19
