Do you take pride in craftsmanship, teamwork, and client satisfaction? Feinmann, Inc. is looking for a Senior Lead Carpenter to join our award-winning, employee-owned team. Based in Lexington, MA, Feinmann is a recognized leader in the Boston-area design/build industry, known for innovation, integrity, and attention to detail. Our team specializes in upscale residential remodels that combine thoughtful design with expert craftsmanship. What You'll Do Lead carpentry teams and subcontractors on high-end residential remodeling projects Oversee site logistics and daily schedules to keep projects on time and within budget Communicate with project managers, clients, and team members to maintain alignment and resolve issues Perform high-quality installations that meet specifications and exceed expectations Manage punch lists and ensure all final details are completed to the highest standard Enforce job site safety and mentor team members on best practices What We're Looking For 5+ years of carpentry experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role Experience in high-end residential remodeling strongly preferred Ability to read blueprints, technical documents, and project specifications Strong communication and leadership skills Must own a full set of tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and committed to craftsmanship Why Join Feinmann?

$35-$45/hr based on experience

Pay:
$35.00 - $45.00 per hour
