Seamless Gutter Installer

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Seamless Gutter Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality seamless gutters that protect buildings from water damage while enhancing their aesthetic appeal. Duties Measure, cut, and assemble seamless gutter sections using hand tools and power tools to ensure accurate fit and alignment. Install gutters on various building types, ensuring proper slope for effective water runoff. Secure gutters with brackets, hangers, and fasteners, maintaining safety standards throughout the process. Verify the integrity of the installation by inspecting for leaks, proper drainage, and secure attachment. Assist with related tasks such as downspout installation, fascia board preparation, and minor repairs as needed. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute installations accurately. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris responsibly, and adhering to safety protocols. Skills Proficiency in using hand tools (hammers, screwdrivers, snips) and power tools (drills, saws) for precise installation work. Experience with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction site procedures. Knowledge of construction management principles and estimating techniques to ensure timely project completion. Familiarity with related trades such as roofing, carpentry (including trim carpentry), fascia work, and masonry enhances versatility. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely when required for site preparation or material handling. Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and inspection standards related to gutter installation. Skills in fabrication techniques including cutting, shaping materials like aluminum or copper for custom fittings.
