Job Summary We are seeking an experienced carpenter's to assist in construction and to work along side contractors to complete complex commercial construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will working on all task of construction to help deliver projects on time and within budget. Your expertise will drive project success while maintaining high standards of quality, and efficiency. Duties Being willing to put on the tool belt and work with our contractors when needed to complete a task. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project alignment. Working on construction site activities daily to ensure. Review construction plans specifications thoroughly; interpret technical drawings including Civil 3D models. Ensure regulatory compliance by maintaining accurate documentation and securing necessary permits throughout the project lifecycle. Skills Proven ability to manage/work on homes from start to finish. Extensive experiences and knowledge with carpentry associated with building homes start to finish Deep understanding of construction plans, blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment on-site. Need to have a driver's license Fluent in
