Long-Term Opportunity Overview Aerotek is hiring skilled Frame to Finish Carpenters for commercial apartment construction projects throughout the Boston area, including Milton, Medford, and Somerville. These are full-time, long-term positions offering consistent work, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work on large-scale residential construction projects. Candidates must have their own hand tools and PPE and be ready to start as soon as possible. Responsibilities- Perform framing, finish carpentry, and general construction tasks on commercial apartment projects
- Measure, cut, and install wood and other building materials according to specifications
- Install trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and other finish carpentry components
- Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and construction drawings
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work closely with other trades and team members to ensure project timelines are met
- Follow all job site safety regulations and PPE requirements Requirements
- At least 1 year of carpentry or construction experience
- Experience with framing, finish carpentry, or both
- Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow construction plans or instructions
- Must provide your own hand tools and PPE
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, carrying, kneeling, climbing, and standing for extended periods
