About Us Flintlocke Construction LLC is a residential remodeling company serving the MetroWest and Norfolk County areas of Massachusetts. We specialize in kitchen and bathroom remodels, decks, porches, and historic home restoration. We take pride in high-quality craftsmanship, clean job sites, and building lasting relationships with our clients — and we're looking for a skilled carpenter to grow with our crew. What You'll Do Frame new construction, additions, and structural repairs Hang, tape, and finish drywall Build and install decks, porches, and outdoor structures Install kitchen cabinets, countertops, and trim Set tile for floors, showers, and backsplashes Install flooring (hardwood, LVP, tile, and more) Paint interior and exterior surfaces Perform general carpentry: doors, windows, trim, and finish work Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe at all times Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members Take accurate progress photos and documentation on job sites What We're Looking For 2+ years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling or carpentry Working knowledge of framing, drywall, tiling, flooring, and painting Experience with kitchen cabinet installation is a strong plus Own hand tools (we provide power tools and equipment) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, quality work Ability to work independently and as part of a small crew Punctual, dependable, and respectful of clients' homes Comfortable using a smartphone for photos, scheduling, and job updates Why Work With Us Steady, year-round work on a variety of remodeling projects Small-crew environment — your work matters and gets noticed Opportunity to grow into a lead carpenter role as we expand Competitive pay based on skill and experience Room to develop new skills across trades (tile, cabinetry, framing, and more)
Benefits Tool Allowance Uniform Allowance Education Reimbursement Pay:
$25.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 - 45.0 per week
