Experienced Carpenter Burr Remodeling | Plymouth, MA & South Shore Burr Remodeling is an established, locally owned remodeling company with over 30 years of experience creating high-quality kitchens, bathrooms, additions, renovations, decks, and custom carpentry projects throughout the South Shore. We're looking for an experienced carpenter with 3-5+ years of hands-on experience who takes pride in their work, enjoys high-quality residential remodeling, and wants to be part of a small team where their contribution truly matters. What You'll Do:
  • Perform high-quality residential remodeling and finish carpentry
  • Read and work from plans, drawings, and specifications
  • Perform framing, drywall, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and other carpentry work
  • Work on kitchen, bathroom, addition, and whole-house remodeling projects
  • Work independently while coordinating with the project team and subcontractors
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
  • Take ownership of the quality and craftsmanship of your work
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and the Burr Remodeling team
What We're Looking For:
  • 3-5+ years of residential carpentry experience
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction and remodeling
  • Solid finish carpentry skills
  • Ability to read plans and understand construction details
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Commitment to keeping jobsites clean, safe, and organized
  • Someone who takes pride in doing things the right way—not just the fastest way
