We are seeking a reliable and skilled Lead Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have 5 - 10 years experience in residential construction, including framing, trim work, and general carpentry. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently or as part of a crew, and a strong commitment to quality workmanship and job site safety. Duties Perform all aspects of residential carpentry, including framing, siding, decking, and finish/trim work Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials accurately Install windows, doors, cabinetry, and interior/exterior finishes Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Work collaboratively with supervisors, subcontractors, and team members Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines Assist with material handling, site prep, and general labor as needed Qualifications 5 - 10 years of residential carpentry experience required Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid time off and holidays (if applicable) Join our team as a Lead Carpenter where your expertise will shape exceptional projects that transform spaces.
