This pivotal role involves overseeing complex construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Lead will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project schedules, and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to lead large-scale projects, foster collaboration, and drive excellence in construction operations. Responsibilities Lead and supervise construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety protocols. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to track progress and milestones. Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to maintain project scope and budget integrity. Oversee blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating to accurately plan resources and timelines. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project execution. Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and other safety regulations. Utilize tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and Ohmmeter for project documentation, measurement verification, and troubleshooting on-site issues. Monitor project budgets closely; implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety. Supervise construction site activities including scheduling labor, managing materials delivery pipeline, and overseeing onsite safety practices. Ensure all work aligns with construction schematics and technical specifications while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship. Skills Extensive experience with construction management software including Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and other industry tools. Proven leadership skills with supervising experience in large-scale construction environments. Strong knowledge of contracts management, budgeting, project scheduling, and quality control processes. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately; familiarity with construction estimating is essential. Deep understanding of OSHA safety standards; committed to maintaining a safe work environment on all sites. Skilled in using technical equipment such as Ohmmeter for electrical troubleshooting when necessary. Excellent communication skills for coordinating teams and managing client relationships effectively. Hands-on construction site experience that demonstrates practical knowledge of heavy civil or commercial projects.
