Job Overview High end Baltimore City based renovation firm, Building Character, seeking two reliable, hardworking, construction workers for all phases of construction, from minor demo to drywall and drywall to completion. Must have reliable transportation to move between jobs and a great work ethic. Tools required. Primary locations are Federal Hill, Canton, and Locust Point. Your expertise will help ensure that each project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on multiple projects. Salary based on experience. 401K, monthly cell phone / gas stipend and performance based bonus system. Requirements Proven experience in residential construction. Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels; power tools including drills, saws; nail guns, etc Knowledge of heavy lifting techniques and safety procedures on active job sites Ability to perform physical tasks requiring some heavy lifting Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
