Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated full-time Foreman, Carpenters, and Laborers to join our marine construction team. These roles offer an exciting opportunity to lead and collaborate on commercial and residential marine construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on site. The ideal candidates will possess strong management skills, construction experience, carpentry experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. These positions promise year-round work and a fast-paced environment where your leadership and technical skills will make a tangible impact on project success. Duties Foreman
  • Lead and manage construction crews, including carpenters and laborers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Foreman
  • Supervise site activities, enforce OSHA safety standards, federal construction safety regulations, and ensure adherence to all safety protocols. Foreman
  • Manage teams effectively by providing clear managerial communication, supervising work progress, and resolving on-site issues promptly. Foreman/Carpenters/Laborers
  • Operate heavy machinery/equipment/tools required for demolition/construction of piers and related structures, seawalls, boat lifts, and the like. Experience Foreman
  • construction and carpentry experience required. Excellent communication skills for supervising teams and managing projects seamlessly. Competent in the operation, maintenance, and safety of heavy equipment/machinery/trade-specific tools. CDL is a plus. Laborers
  • carpentry experience required (entry level
  • experience).
Competent in the operation, maintenance, and safety of trade-specific tools. Ability to work on the water year-round. Desire to learn and grow. Reliable transportation required.
Pay:
$25.00
