Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Carpenter/Laborer and play a vital role in building, renovating, and restoring residential and commercial spaces. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from framing and trim carpentry to finishing touches like cabinetry and siding. We value motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment where safety, craftsmanship, and teamwork are at the forefront. On-the-job training is provided to ensure you succeed and grow within our company. Pay is based on experience. Your own tools are not required, but are beneficial. Responsibilities Operate hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines safely and efficiently Perform framing, drywall installation and other carpentry tasks. Install fixtures, cabinetry, siding, flooring, tile, and other finishing elements with precision Assist with demolition, restoration work, masonry, and remodeling projects Conduct heavy lifting and material handling of wood construction materials, metal studs, and other building supplies Maintain a clean and organized job site while adhering to all safety protocols including power tool safety Skills Ability to follow directions and wear proper safety equipment when necessary Proficiency with hand tools and power tools Excellent physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces Valid Driver's License Join us to build a rewarding career where your craftsmanship makes a real difference!
