Job Description

Fast pace growing property management company that has over 300 rental properties between New Castle County, Delaware and Cecil County, Maryland, in search of a Full Time Maintenance Worker. Someone with great customer service skills and a few years of experience in a maintenance/construction field. A company truck is provided.
Maintenance Worker Administrative:
Communicate with the administrators to discuss day to day service calls for occupied rental properties. Discuss and create work orders for turnovers when tenants move out. Keep track of hours and materials used on the job. Meet with the owner weekly to go over work orders and pricing.
Maintenance Skills:
Painting Drywall Install Framing Window Insulation Cabinet Insulation Installing laminate and vinyl flooring is a plus
HVAC:
Replacing filters
Plumbing:
Replacing toilets, flappers, wax rings, shower heads, etc.
Electrical:
Replacing outlets, switch place covers, etc.
Job Type:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
