CARPENTER FOREMAN A

Silver Spring-based, high-end residential Design/Build firm is seeking an experienced Carpenter Foreman to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled carpenter looking for steady, year-round work with a well-established residential renovation company serving the Washington, DC Metro area . The Carpenter Foreman will work on a variety of high-end residential construction and renovation projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, whole-house renovations, additions, and other custom remodeling projects . The ideal candidate will have extensive carpentry and residential construction experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to help oversee projects while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship. Candidates should be dependable, professional, organized, and comfortable working in occupied residential environments. Previous experience with high-end remodeling, finish carpentry, and residential renovation projects is strongly preferred.

Compensation:

$45 per hour, including benefits. We offer year-round work throughout the DC Metro area and an opportunity to work on quality residential projects with an experienced Design/Build team. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
