You're a skilled tradesperson who deserves respect for the work you do every day. We are currently hiring experienced Carpenters for commercial construction work in Augusta, Maine. Job Duties Perform general carpentry work on commercial construction projects Read and work from blueprints, plans, and specifications Measure, cut, assemble, and install building materials Frame walls, ceilings, floors, and other structures as needed Install doors, windows, trim, and other finish materials Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Assist with job site preparation, material handling, and cleanup Follow directions from supervisors and project leaders Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety requirements Requirements Previous carpentry experience required Commercial construction experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications Proficiency with common hand and power tools OSHA 10 certification preferred/required based on project requirements Reliable transportation to and from the job site Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a crew Ability to perform physical labor and lift materials as required Standard Benefits Full health insurance Weekly pay — on time, every time Tool reimbursement Free OSHA + safety training Flex Time Quick response from real people (M-F, 8-5) Steady work opportunities across New England Work steadily.
