DHHS is looking for people committed to protecting the rights and well-being of children by providing professional social work and case management services for our clients. We have current vacancies in our Children's Emergency Services Unit with openings in our regional offices including Portland, Lewiston, Augusta, Rockland and Bangor. These positions have a primary schedule of afternoon and evening hours responding to emergency situations in the regional areas they cover . As a Child Protective Caseworker, you will develop investigative and case management skills and build extensive contacts within the judicial, law enforcement, educational, and social services communities.
