Responsibilities Read and interpret, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute carpentry tasks Construct, install, and repair frameworks such as walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, and roofing systems using hand tools and power tools Perform metal building erection, metal stud framing, and rebar installation for concrete structures Execute concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work to ensure durable foundations and surfaces Operate heavy equipment safely for tasks like lifting heavy materials or moving large structural components Collaborate with construction management teams to interpret plans and ensure project timelines are met while maintaining safety standards Requirements Proven experience in construction site environments with a focus on carpentry or related trades Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with strong dimensional measurement skills Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and basic math for precise measurements and cuts Knowledge of metal building erection, roofing systems, drywall installation, masonry, welding, and restoration work is highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate heavy equipment when necessary Familiarity with construction plans involving framing, siding, stucco, plastering, or remodeling projects Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites and the ability to work effectively within a team environment Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your skills to impactful construction projects.
