What You'll Do Assist with residential construction projects from start to finish Perform demolition, site preparation, framing, and general carpentry Install decking, railings, siding, trim, windows, and doors Load and unload materials Operate hand and power tools safely Keep jobsites organized and clean Work alongside experienced carpenters while learning new skills every day Help maintain our reputation for quality workmanship and professionalism What We're Looking For Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dependable and shows up every day Honest with strong integrity Works well as part of a team Physically able to lift 75+ pounds and work outdoors in all seasons Comfortable using hand and power tools (experience preferred but not required) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Construction experience is a plus, but we will train the right person What Success Looks Like The right candidate will grow from: Construction Laborer Skilled Carpenter Lead Carpenter Crew Leader As WillCo grows, our goal is to promote from within whenever possible.
