We're looking for an experienced, dependable carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in framing, trim work, finish carpentry, siding, and general residential construction , with the ability to confidently take on a variety of tasks throughout a project. We're looking for someone who can show up, take ownership of their work, and get the job done right . The right person is self-motivated, detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work independently without needing constant direction. You should be someone who takes pride in your craftsmanship and can recognize what needs to be done to keep a project moving forward.
