Carpenter Atlas Structural Systems is a manufacturer specializing in the design and manufacture of pre-engineered structural systems for commercial and residential construction projects in Eastern Canada and the US. Responsibilities:

Supervise and work alongside their team to build roof trusses, wall panels, floor panels, or small projects such has sheds, garbage bins, etc. Ensure the company's safety measures and quality standards are always met. Communicates information and priorities to the team and ensures they have the direction and tools needed to complete their tasks. Works in a fast-paced environment and meets or exceeds production targets. Follows procedures and demonstrates safe work behaviors.

Requirements:

Safety mindset with a willing to learn attitude. High attention to detail and strong communication skills. Comfortable working in hot, cold, and variable temperatures. Capable of lifting at least 50lbs and working in a fast-paced environment. At least 2 years of carpentry experience is required.
