Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Replacement and Trim Specialist to join our dynamic construction team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for craftsmanship, precision, and transforming spaces through expert window installation and trim work. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality results on residential projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining safety standards. Duties Remove old windows and install new units with accuracy, ensuring proper fit and seal to maximize energy efficiency and aesthetic appeal Measure, cut, fabricate, and install interior and exterior trim, including casing, molding, sills, and other finishing details Use hand tools, power tools, ladders and staging to complete projects efficiently and safely Read blueprints and construction drawings to follow precise specifications for each project Perform caulking, sealing and touch-up work to achieve professional finishes Assist with framing, door hanging, finish work, siding and remodeling tasks as needed Lift heavy materials safely while maintaining proper posture; coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow Experience Proven experience in construction, blueprint reading, carpentry, trim carpentry and remodeling projects Hands-on experience with window and door installation Familiarity with technical drawings used in construction projects Skilled in using hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels; power tools including drills and saws; metal bending equipment preferred Strong background in construction site experience with an understanding of safety protocols and heavy lifting techniques Knowledge of caulking techniques for weatherproofing and finishing work Ability to interpret blueprints accurately to ensure precise project execution Join us as a Window Replacement and Trim Specialist where your craftsmanship will directly impact the beauty and functionality of our clients' spaces.
