Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated to join our dynamic lakefront custom construction and remodeling team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a wide range of carpentry, construction, and remodeling projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will help transform spaces through precise installation, repair, and fabrication work, contributing to our reputation for excellence in the lakefront custom home industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity for hands-on work across diverse projects, from framing, window installation, high end siding finishes to flooring, cabinetry and interior trim. Duties Execute trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and metal stud framing with precision and efficiency Operate hand tools, power tools, assembly, and installation tasks Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution Install doors, fixtures, siding, cabinetry, flooring, tile, and roofing components with attention to detail Conduct concrete forming, masonry work and rebar installation as required Engage in water proofing (caulking), and general remodeling projects Handle heavy lifting safely while maintaining a clean and organized work environment Assist with plumbing, electrical work, metal framing, drywall hanging, and other specialized construction task Qualifications Proven experience in construction estimating and various carpentry disciplines including trim and frame carpentry Proficiency with hand tools, power tools and schematics reading Strong background in construction site experience with knowledge of blueprint interpretation Skilled in concrete forming, rebar installation and roofing, Experience with water damage restoration or mold remediation is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safety protocols Knowledge of fixture installation—including doors—cabinetry—and general remodeling techniques Familiarity with electrical experience or plumbing is advantageous but not mandatory Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality craftsmanship and safety standards Join our team as a where your expertise will drive impactful projects that restore spaces and enhance environments.
