Job Description

Experienced Carpenter Pay:
$28-$35 per hour, plus bonuses and benefits We are a growing residential construction company specializing in new homes, second homes, and remodeling projects. We are looking for an experienced carpenter who takes pride in quality work, communicates clearly, and enjoys being part of a positive and productive team. Depending on the project and your strengths, you may work independently or alongside a crew. We perform a variety of carpentry work and strive to place each employee in the role that best matches their skills.
Responsibilities Work may include:
Framing Window and door installation Siding Interior and exterior trim General residential carpentry Planning work and tracking materials Solving jobsite challenges as they arise Qualifications At least five years of professional carpentry experience Strong measuring and construction-math skills Ability to produce accurate, detail-oriented work Ability to see both the details and the overall project Good organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to safely lift materials and work while standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling Dependable, productive, and willing to continue learning Compensation and Benefits $28-$35 per hour, based on experience and ability Performance bonuses Tool allowance Generous paid personal, holiday, and vacation time Tuition reimbursement Opportunities for advancement
