We are seeking a dependable, skilled tradesman who can take ownership of property updates and rental turns from start to finish. Position Overview The Multi-Skilled Tradesman will be responsible for renovating, repairing, and preparing single-family homes for new tenants. This role requires a hands-on professional with broad experience across multiple trades who can work independently, manage projects efficiently, and deliver high-quality results on schedule. Key Responsibilities Perform full rental turnovers, including repairs, cleaning coordination, and readiness for leasing Complete renovations, including kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, and paint Handle general maintenance and repairs, including: Drywall repair and installation, Interior and exterior painting, Basic plumbing (fixtures, leaks, installs), Basic electrical (outlets, switches, light fixtures), Carpentry (doors, trim, cabinets, framing repairs), Install and repair flooring (LVP, tile, laminate, carpet coordination), Diagnose and repair hvac maintenance issues, Ensure all work meets quality standards and local codes, Maintain tools, materials, and job site organization Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential construction, maintenance, or renovation Strong working knowledge across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.) Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work daily Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate or salary (based on experience) Performance bonuses tied to project completion and quality Mileage reimbursement Requirements High-quality workmanship Must be reliable, high level of integrity, and passionate about doing good work.
