Our projects range from detailed kitchen and bath remodels to full home additions and new builds. We take pride in craftsmanship, clean and safe jobsites, and professional, respectful communication with homeowners. The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Carpenter who wants steady, year-round work on residential remodeling projects, with a clear path to grow into a lead carpenter role. Solid knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and materials, with the ability to perform both rough and finish carpentry. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job specifications and follow them accurately. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation to job sites in and around Flint, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
