Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile to join our dynamic construction and restoration team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry, fabrication, and restoration tasks with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to high-quality project outcomes, whether working on new construction, remodeling, or specialized restoration projects. Responsibilities Perform framing, trim carpentry, drywall installation, and finishing with attention to detail and quality standards Understand basic building methods and job Responsibilities, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively Install fixtures, cabinetry, doors, siding, roofing components, and other building elements Conduct concrete forming, masonry work, rebar installation, and tile laying as required for various projects Engage in restoration efforts including water damage remediation, mold removal, plastering, stucco application, and water damage restoration Assist with heavy lifting tasks and perform construction painting, caulking, siding installation, metal stud framing, and electrical or plumbing work when needed Skills Extensive experience in construction estimating and project planning processes Proficiency in carpentry disciplines such as frame carpentry, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, and cabinetry installation Skilled in blueprint reading and understanding schematics for diverse construction applications Strong knowledge of the use of hand tools, power tools (including CNC machinery), and fabrication techniques Experience with concrete forming, masonry work, rebar installation, roofing systems, flooring installation (tile or wood), and drywall finishing Familiarity with restoration industry practices including mold remediation and water damage restoration Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship in remodeling or renovation projects Knowledge of electrical systems or plumbing is a plus; certification or experience in these areas is advantageous Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on-site to changing project needs Join our team if you're eager to apply your diverse skill set in a collaborative environment that values quality craftsmanship and professional growth.
