Overview We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. This role involves working on diverse projects, including residential and commercial construction and installations. The Carpenter will be responsible for executing high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards and project timelines. Responsibilities Construct, install, and repair structures. Perform framing aspects from constructing/installing steel beams, joists, subfloor, exterior/interior walls, trusses, conventional framing, roof sheathing, posts, decks. Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications. Install fixtures such as doors, windows, and trim with attention to detail. Engage in projects, ensuring quality finishes that meet client expectations. Collaborate with other tradespeople such as electricians and plumbers to complete projects efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role in construction or remodeling. Experience in fixture installation including doors and windows Background in remodeling projects showcasing versatility in skills. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment.
