Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finish Trim Carpenter. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and finishing interior trim elements, ensuring a professional appearance that enhances new home construction. Your skills and professionalism will contribute to high standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install various trim components including baseboards, crown molding, door casings, window trims, and wainscoting with precision. Interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute trim layouts. Operate hand tools such as chisels, hammers, saws, and levels as well as power tools including nail guns, drills, sanders, and woodworking machines safely and efficiently. Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely project completion. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while adhering to safety protocols for power tool safety and heavy lifting. Qualifications Proven experience in residential carpentry with a focus on trim work and finish carpentry. Knowledge of blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and understanding construction plans. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools for woodworking. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during precise installations. Knowledge of construction site safety practices including power tool safety protocols. Pay:
