Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter with a proven ability to read blueprints, manage projects, and lead a crew. This is a hands-on leadership position for a jack-of-all-trades who can handle all aspects of construction and carpentry, from framing to finish work, while coordinating workflow and ensuring quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret and execute project blueprints, drawings, and specifications Perform advanced carpentry tasks including framing, finish work, and custom builds Supervise and direct a crew to complete projects on time and to quality standards Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients Maintain a safe and organized worksite in compliance with OSHA standards Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues to keep projects moving forward Ensure materials are used efficiently and track job progress
Qualifications:
5+ years carpentry experience (framing & finish) Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints Leadership or foreman experience in construction projects Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools safely Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, drywall, etc.) Experience with residential and/or commercial projects Project layout and measurement skills
Compensation & Benefits:

Full-time, Monday-Friday (overtime as needed)
