The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in trim carpentry, framing, and related craftsmanship, ensuring high standards of quality and attention to detail. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to diverse projects, from residential remodels to commercial renovations, supporting our commitment to excellence in construction and restoration industries. Duties Measure, cut, and install finish carpentry components such as baseboards, crown molding, window casings, door frames, and custom trim with accuracy and efficiency. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation aligned with project specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to perform carpentry tasks including framing, caulking, and fixture installation. Perform surface preparation activities such as sanding, plastering, stucco application, and water damage restoration to achieve smooth finishes. Assist with fabrication and assembly of custom woodwork or metal fixtures using CNC machinery or manual techniques. Install siding, roofing components, cabinetry, doors, flooring, tile work, and other architectural features as required.
