Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Rough Frame Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for constructing the structural framework of buildings, ensuring precision and safety at every stage. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, laying the foundation for successful projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team committed to quality craftsmanship and efficient project delivery. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and metal framing components using hand tools and power tools. Construct wall frames, floor systems, roof trusses, and other structural elements with precision. Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks safely while maintaining high standards of quality. Conduct site inspections to verify measurements and alignment; make adjustments as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment; adhere to all safety protocols. Experience Candidates should possess experience in construction site environments with a focus on framing carpentry. Prior work involving stud framing, or heavy timber construction is highly desirable but will train. Familiarity with various tools—including hand tools like hammers as well as power tools such as saws and drills—Applicants should demonstrate excellent physical stamina and working in the elements. This role is ideal for those passionate about craftsmanship who thrive on building durable structures while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
