In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a wide range of building projects, from metal structures to intricate concrete and masonry work. Duties Lead and assist with metal building erection, ensuring structural integrity and safety compliance throughout the process Perform concrete forming, finishing, and rebar installation to create durable foundations and structures Manage and execute various aspects of construction management, including site coordination and project timelines Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to facilitate efficient construction activities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications Conduct masonry work, including laying bricks, blocks, and stone for walls, facades, or other structures Install siding, stucco, roofing materials, and trim carpentry elements to enhance building aesthetics and durability Engage in framing carpentry using metal studs or wood for interior walls or structural frameworks Perform drywall installation, plastering, or restoration work as needed on various projects Ensure proper handling of hand tools and adherence to safety protocols during all tasks Assist with remodeling projects by applying carpentry skills such as woodworking and siding installation Support the team with heavy lifting tasks and the operation of heavy equipment as required Qualifications Proven experience in metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, or related construction fields Strong knowledge of construction management principles and site safety procedures Skilled in rebar installation, concrete finishing, roofing, siding, and framing carpentry Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation Experience with drywall installation, plastering, stucco application, and restoration work preferred Excellent physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or in challenging conditions Valid certifications in construction-related areas such as OSHA safety training or equipment operation are a plus Join our team to build exceptional structures while advancing your career in a vibrant construction environment!
