Up to $40/hour Weekly Meals/Housing Stipend Available for Qualified Travelers Responsibilities Under the direction of the Special Education Program Administrator, the Special Education Teacher will: Provide quality educational services to students receiving special education support Develop and implement individualized instruction and student programs Collaborate with general education staff, families, and support teams Provide consultation, tutorial assistance, and classroom support Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university preferred Valid state teaching certification required per state/district regulations Minimum one year of teaching experience preferred Special Education certification preferred Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) endorsement preferred Current CPR certification if applicable Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Why Work With Amergis?
