Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in various trades, including construction painting, carpentry, floor laying, and more. This role requires a hands-on approach to complete projects efficiently and effectively, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Duties Perform construction tasks to enhance the aesthetics and durability of structures. Execute carpentry work, including trim carpentry and cabinetry installation, drywall installation and touch ups, following blueprints and schematics. Lay flooring with precision - for floors and wall applications, ensuring a seamless finish. Operate hand tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete various tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining quality standards. Troubleshoot issues that arise during construction processes and implement effective solutions. Requirements Experience in multiple trades such as construction, carpentry, painting, floor laying is preferred but not required. Familiarity with reading schematics and blueprints. Proficiency in using hand tools and operating heavy equipment safely. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A valid driver's license is required. Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
