As a Lead Remodeler, you will be responsible for managing on-site operations, and ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead remodeling initiatives that transform spaces and improve lives through expert craftsmanship and innovative solutions. Your expertise in construction management, building techniques, and team leadership will drive project success and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Complete all phases of remodeling projects, including execution of tasks such as framing, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, cabinet installation, and trim carpentry. Lead a team of skilled tradespeople in construction projects, window installation, plumbing, electrical work, and other building material installations. Interpret technical drawings, construction plans, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation of project designs. Must have hand tools, drills etc. Saws and larger tools will be supplied Currently a 1099 position
