Job Description
Carpenter Overview We are seeking a Carpenter to join our team on 1st shift. This role plans, lays out, and cuts materials for shop carpentry work, along with general building maintenance and repair duties. Responsibilities Plans, selects, lays out, and cuts materials for shop carpentry to construct, remodel, alter, and repair offices, furniture, stairways, factory partitions, benches, storage bins, shelves, etc. Performs general building maintenance, including repairs to roofs, stairs, doors, windows, and flooring Measures tooling and builds sturdy blocks to rest tooling on Bands, lags, and secures fencing, skids, and other tooling Works under the direct supervision of a senior carpenter or carpenter lead May assist with general utility and shipping/receiving duties as needed
