This role is ideal for a seasoned carpenter who takes pride in craftsmanship, can confidently lead a crew, and understands both rough and finish carpentry across interior and exterior projects. Our work includes luxury outdoor structures as well as select interior renovations, and we're looking for someone who can execute at a high level from start to finish. What You'll Do Lead carpentry crews on residential projects from framing through final finish Read and interpret construction drawings and details Complete accurate material takeoffs and coordinate needs with project management Perform rough and finish carpentry , both interior and exterior Build and oversee construction of: Decks Pavilions and pergolas Pool houses Interior renovations including basements and bathrooms Ensure work is completed to plans, schedule, and quality standards Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites Mentor crew members and uphold company craftsmanship standards What We're Looking For 10+ years of professional carpentry experience Strong background in both interior and exterior construction Proven experience leading crews and running jobsites Ability to read plans, perform takeoffs, and think ahead on sequencing Skilled in framing, trim, finish work, and problem-solving in the field Reliable, detail-oriented, and quality-driven Strong communication skills and a leadership mindset Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for construction site safety Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation effectively Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required Position Details Full-time position Benefits include: ✅ Health, dental, and vision insurance ✅ 401(k) with employer match ✅ Paid sick time ✅ PTO / vacation time Why Ventures Ventures builds thoughtful, high-end spaces where details matter.
