Job Description
Carpenter Patriot REI | Port Sanilac, MI | Full-time Patriot REI is a real estate investment and property management company in Port Sanilac, Michigan, with active residential and commercial construction projects alongside our rental portfolio. We're looking for an experienced carpenter to join our crew full-time with Patriot Builders. What You'll Do Frame, finish, and repair work across residential and commercial job sites Handle rough carpentry (framing, subfloors, decks) and finish carpentry (trim, doors, cabinetry) as projects require Coordinate with the project manager and other trades on site to keep work on schedule Maintain and use hand tools; operate site power tools and equipment safely Keep job sites clean and organized, and flag material or schedule issues early What We're Looking For Several years of hands-on carpentry experience — you can work independently once given a scope Comfortable across both residential and commercial jobs Own reliable transportation and basic hand tools Valid driver's license Strong attention to detail and pride in the finished work Good communicator — able to flag problems before they become delays Job Details Full-time, year-round work Pay based on experience Job sites across Port Sanilac and surrounding areas
