In this role, you will be actively involved in a variety of carpentry and general labor tasks that contribute to the successful completion of construction, remodeling, and restoration projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your craft, work on diverse projects, and be part of a collaborative team dedicated to quality workmanship. Whether you're experienced in framing, trim carpentry, or general site labor, your efforts will help bring construction visions to life in a safe and efficient manner. Responsibilities Assist with framing, drywall installation, and trim carpentry to ensure precise and durable construction finishes Operate hand tools and power tools safely for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials such as wood, metal, and concrete forms Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris, setting up scaffolding, and performing heavy lifting as needed Install fixtures including doors, cabinets, siding, roofing components, and other building elements with attention to detail Perform tasks related to water damage restoration, mold remediation, or other specialized restoration projects when required Support fabrication activities such as rebar installation, metal stud framing, or custom woodworking projects Skills Proficiency with hand tools (saws, hammers, chisels) and power tools (drills, grinders) for various carpentry tasks Strong understanding of blueprint reading skills Experience with framing carpentry, trim carpentry, and fixture installation Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper ergonomics Familiarity with schematics for electrical or plumbing systems relevant to construction projects Experience in restoration industry work including water damage repair or mold remediation is a plus Join our team if you're passionate about building high-quality structures and eager to grow your skills in a fast-paced construction environment.
